NOTE: The "poor" elmering comments are because a few "local" hams satirically blame each other for this ham's incessant radio protocol malfeasance and misplaced 11 meter jargon. The comments are not intended to blame any individual (living or dead) in the HAM community.
The self policing in the video is a process sanctioned by the HAM community. In this case, it constitutes informal attempts to "mentor" the ham in appropriate procedure. Only time will tell whether this strategy elicits decisive impact. Thus far, similar efforts have proven futile.
