I have re-uploaded an edited version of this video due to a copyright claim on some music from the original video.
Radio Austria International broadcasting in the early hours of the morning on 23/07/2014. They were one of the heavyweights of shortwave during the 80s & 90s, which I used to listen to them regularly. Nowadays they are confined to limited airtime & only with their German language service.
