I am living in Arad - Romania.Retired from ROMATSA (airtraffic,comm&radar).HAM radio from 1964. Igot my licence in 1966 as YO2AMU.Now , I have class 1 licence.
I am looking especially for DX work in HAM radio bands from 3,5 to 50 MHz.Abut 280 DXCC
on HF.
From 1998 my prefered activity is EME or Moonbounce on 144 MHz.I prefer to work CW in EME contests as REF-DUBUS,ITALIAN EME,ARRL. Weak steps in digital modes only for new countries. WKD abt 50 DXCC in CW.
First ever WAC on 144 MHz in YO.

Equipment

In this moment I have a FT897d and HM PA with SRS360,power 300W.Antenna is a multiband G5RV used with tween lead to antennatuner.
For 144 MHz the equipment is TR144H(DB6NT) transverter and FT897d+SSPA(100W) and GU78b PA (3 kW)
Antenna is 4 x 17 el M2 full az & el.
For FM ,DR135.
