Hello radio friends, I'm Harry - PA3249, born in 1957. I'm SWL (shortwave listener) since 1971 and QSL manager since 2001. My QTH is 4 km. from the German border, in the N.E. part of the Netherlands.

As SWL I know how important a QSL is. I do my best to answer direct QSL within 2 days.

XP3A and OX3XR both call signs were used by Peter in Greenland. Message from Peter: on Saturday June 29, 2024, my wife and I are leaving Greenland. You still can request for his QSL
TJ3TS (Thomas is no longer active in TJ, but you can still request a QSL)
EI1A and EI8GQB (Olivier is no longer active with these callsigns, but you can still request a QSL).

QSL FOR XP3A and OX3XR ONLY DIRECT. QSL through the bureau will not arrive to me.

I listen actively on all HF bands and 144 Mhz, but find the magic band, 50 Mhz. the most exciting.
