Born in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela on November 17, 1964, living in the city of Rubio, Táchira State to the west of the capital. Graduate of pilot private in the year 1985, hability to fly Cessna 150 and 172, experience in King air 90. Graduate of educator in the year 1990, teacher in exercise employed at this area.
