Biography

My Name is Milton Marrero. I was born in Corozal PR and I started my affection to HAM radio when I was 8 years old.

I was seeing what my neighbor Ramon Ramos KP4DH was doing with them and I started helping him out desoldering resistors and electronic components. Right after that, I went to the 146.670 repeater site to see how the repeater system works.

I got my Novice License in September 1989 when I turned 12. After 24 years in the military, where I have traveled everywhere and my radios have always been a part of my daily life.

It is a real privilege to be in this brotherhood of Amateur Radio.

I currently live in the Houston Metroplex in Texas and I am enjoying DMR!
