Biography

Hi, my name is Carlos Luciano and my Call Sing is WP3MD. I am from Ponce Puerto Rico I was living in the City of Arecibo Puerto Rico since 1976. I have moved to Newark NJ and I got married. Living now in the State of New Jercey I have the oportunity of meeting new fellow ham radio operators and getting involved in some new ham radio activities.
