Equipment

Yaesu FTdx10, FT-2000,FTDX-3000,FT-847,FTM-400, TM-D400 Kenwood TS-480HX,Flex Radio Flex-1500 ( fun little radio qrp ALSO RS-918 QRP) Palstar tuners AT2KD and AT1500DT
Ameritron AL-80B and Heath kit SB-220 amp, Tokyo High Power, and ALS 600,ALPHA 76A.
All antennas are home-brewed G5RV Carolina Windom, OFC wire, 5 element wire beam, and ground mount vertical, 2nd ground vertical(46 feet) with 81 feet top hat.
All of these antennas are over 4700 feet of the counterpoise.

I picked up the MFJ 1788 Magnetic loop antenna and to my surprise how well something so small can operate so well. Now I plan to make a magnetic loop very soon.
now have several loops fun for QRP, sold the Heath kit amp now want to sell the 80B amp ( bought Alph 76a & Tokyo High - Power 1.5.

have more fun on QRP CW, and phone. also picked up a QRP rig from china RS-918, now that's a fun little rig to take to the field or walking the trails in the mountains with a wire antenna, and a small battery that I keep charged.

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
