Hi my name is Clem I have been as at 30/05/2012 an amateur for 15 years
this is a hobby to me and I enjoy it imensley

I homebrew 99% of my antenna mostly wire IE: quads or quad shaped antenna I consider the antenna to be 75-80% of the signal

Equipment

My station is a Kenwood TS-570SG and a TS520s
My tuner a MFJ989d
My amplifier a Tokyo Hi-Power HLB-700
2mt and 70cm IC-208H

My Tower 15mt free standing styled after the one man tower after modification.
Antennas a doulbe sized 40 mt loop at 6.5 mtrs above ground tuneable on all bands on the radios and runs around my house block on four 6.5 mtr poles.

A 20 mtr 15 mtr and 10 mtr Quad two element only on the tower

My mobile TS-50S and AT50, antenna Perth Plus Outbacker
2and 70cm IC-208H
