"VICTORY DAY" - AWARD PROGRAM: QSO with SP60VD = 5 points
To obtain the "Victory Day" Award, EU stations should score 30 points and DX stations 10 points. No more than two contacts with the same special-event station will be counted for the Award, however, contacts with the same station must be made: - either on different bands, or - with different modes, or - on two different days.
23 special-event stations (18 district and 5 central stations) will participate to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe. They will be distinguished by two characters VD (Victory Day) in their call sign suffixes.
