Ola, meu nome é Carlos Alberto Moretto, Sou Radioamador desde 1973, onde meu indicativo era PU2SAA, posteriormente PY2SAA, quando operava em São Paulo. Em 1978 entrei para o exército brasileiro no NPOR na arma de comunicação, onde passei a ser segundo tenente do batalhão da guarda presidencial. Já em 1980 fui co-piloto e comandante da VASP até 2007. De 2007 até a presente data, coordenador do núcleo de defesa civil do Gravatá, em Navegantes, E perito na área de prevenção a desastres do CEPED. Em minha estação de radioamador, mantenho uma estação de telemetria e metereologia com o objetivo de informar aos orgãos copetentes no caso de catastrofes. Esta estação é utilizada para intrução para menores tirarem licensa de radioamador, onde já formou 12 menores. Já atuou em várias ações, como uma repetidora pelos bombeiros militares de Itajaí.
