Hello, I am Aleš - OK1ALN. I am ham newbie since 2024, but experimenting as SWL from 90s.

I am interested in general radio receprion, digital modes, SSTV, Hellschreiber, radioamateur satellites, radiosondes.

Equipment

Yaesu FT-857D - my Shack in a box
Yaesu FT-60R - my first proper VHF/UHF handheld
Quansheng UV-K5 - my testing polygon with KV modification

Etón G3 Globe Traveler - as world receiver, wefax etc.
Icom IC-PCR1000 - very old general computer receiver
RTL-SDR - mostly used for radiosonde reception

Tr(u)SDX - ultralight KV tranceiver mostly used while traveling.
QMX - digital tranceiver for KV experiments

Antennas mostly compromised and restricted, GP on UHF, LW and EFHW on KV.
