Biography

Licensed as WV6ZXU in 1964 later WN8JIH, N2FTG, KD2PF and now NV2A. I'm retired due to an on the job accident after a 45 year career as a TV News Photographer. I enjoy chasing DX. Working conditions include a Yaesu FTDX5000mp, Acom 2000a amplifier, 54 foot tilt/crank-up with KT36xa tribander at 55 feet and a 40Meter linear loaded dipole at 64 feet. Most operating is cw/ssb and FSK RTTY.

I went about 10-13 years without operating, I have a lot of QSL cards to send out to previous contacts but I pretty much look at myself as starting over again in hamming.
