Biography

Hello! Thank you for looking me up. I've been a ham for 28 years. I upgraded

in 2011, got my general ticket on March 30th and received my extra ticket on the 21st

of April. I am having alot of fun on DX and this is my first time to do any HF

operation. I have a TS-940s Kenwood that I received in 1988, but, I just had to upgrade

to a newer radio, now I'm the owner of a TS-590sg, maybe in a year or two I'll learn how

to operate it, HI HI. I run an inverted vee antenna at forty feet. I operate on all

bands and 2 meters most of the time. Hope to hear you on the air, 73's and have a

beautiful day. "JT"

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

My main radio is the TS-590sg and my backup radio is the TS-940S. Both radios have the built in

tuners installed. I use an off center dipole at 38 feet that covers 7 bands: 80,40,20,17,12,10,6

meters. I operate on ft-8 most of the time. 73 and have a great day...jt

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
