Biography

Was introduced to amateur radio by a friend and of course fellow ham Jeff N8NOE. licensed in May of 1993 with my tech ticket I was happy life was good. Then I got involved with the National Weather Service and I volunteer there when severe weather is present and I communicate with 17 counties via amateur radio. Jeff got restless and kept harassing me to upgrade and I held out till 2009 when I obtained my General class license. Currently studying the extra study materials.
