| Biography Radio amateur from 1966. I left the activity for long time and I recovered my license in 2010. Electronic Engineer from 1977 and PhD from 2008. I’m currently working by the National Commission of Spatial Activities (CONAE) as Technical Liaison on CONAE Agreements and Contracts. My hobbies include Astronomy, Music and Philosophy and of course Radio. I’m living in San Carlos de Bariloche.
