| Biography Hi,Greeting from Alabama, USA!
I am a retired coal mining executive after 32 years in the U/G mining industry. I received my ham license in 2014 after many years of want to become a ham operator but lacking the time to do so. I retired in 2007. I currently live in Andalusia,Alabama on a 1500 acres farm that my wife and I inherited from her father. I assist my brother in law running the farm. I love all thing ham radio! I am currently being certified for ARES and EOC work here in Covington County. I am very active on HF in digital radio. I also work the HF and VHF bands by phone. I am a member of the South Alabama Radio Club and the Brewton Amateur Radio Union. |
