Ret. Col. US Air Force. from Clark, Mactan Bases and have a home in Siquijor Island near Cebu, Mactan Philippines.

was ARES Section Emergency Coordinator, Los Angeles Section.

Was Red Cross DSHR volunteer, with Emergency Communications group out of Arcadia, California.

Husband to a beautiful Filipina, father of three daughters.

Active in all digital modes.
