Biography

Hello I am Philip IZ8CJV,
I obtained amateur radio license in 1998 but I'm ham radio operator since 1976.
I live in Palmi (RC) at about 300 meters above sea-level city located in the Tyrrhenian balcony on the "Costa Viola" at not many miles from Aspromonte's Apennines.

Equipment

My working conditions are: RTX Yaesu FT-1000MP with Mic. MD 100 -Ampl. ACOM 1011, all connected to the tri-band antenna HY Gain Expl. 14 (10-15-20m) and an rotative dipole for 12-17 and 40m, and an homebrew antenna vertical only for 30m.
Of course over time are not extinguished passion ever present becoming active in speech but we are approaching to TX in digital RTTY and CW.
