my name is Matteo and I am a radio amateur since 2004. I am operating mainly the low earth orbit satellites with a self made equipment for the antenna motion and the antennas themselves and since February 2019 you can ear me also on the OSCAR 100 not with such a strong signal because I am quite often in portable conditions from my hometown called Rivisondoli in the Abruzzo region (locator JN71AU).
You can ear me very often from Riga (locator KO26BW), the capital city of one of the Baltic countries called Latvia, that’s the reason why you can catch me also with the call sign YL/IW6PUA as well.
I do not like the high power settings so sometimes you can ear me also on the HF bands in QRP and very seldom with a maximum of 100 watts.
My passion are also the airplanes and everything that stairs in the air so I have transformed it into my job; I am an airline pilot flying the most beautiful aircraft in the world...the BOEING 747!
