Biography

- Hello, my name is François, I was born in 1970 and I’m SWL. It all started in 1989, I listened to international broadcasting with a Grundig Satellit 300 : Radio Beijing ; Radio Bucarest Romania ; Radio Moscow Int. ; Radio Sofia ; BBC ; Voice of America. That was a period of exchange of listening reports (SINPO code) and QSL cards.

- After 25 years, I decided to go back to listening to the HF, it was in september 2016. I discovered the Radio Hams bands with the Tecsun PL680 and the Tecsun S2000, which was not possible with the Grundig Satellit 300 (no SSB). I felt a real interest for the Radio Hams and the contests.

- Now, I only listen to the Radio Hams. I’m in mobile station.
