Biography

I was born and raised in Nuernberg, Germany. Came to the US in 1965 and joined the US Air Force. Spent the next 21 years between SE Asia (Tropo Communications) and Vandenberg AFB, Ca ( ICBM Computer Missile Trainers). Retired for the 6th and final time here in Oregon.

I live on an island in the middle of Fall Creek. It is a beautiful location for fly fishing from my backyard but not so good for Ham Radio. Com to Europe is almost impossible, since there is a big hill in the way. The 100 foot trees don't help either. Just have to make the best of it.
