Joined to HAM-radio at 1962,primary obtained callsign - UD6AEK, then RD6DEI, UD6DEI, UD6DB, YM0I, EV7DN, 4J0WFF, 4J0LH.

Class of National Licence - 1 (highest)

Country rated Referee by Radio Sporting.

Professional Telecommunication Engineer, graduated of University at 1970, own more than 20 Certificates, few patents, more than 50 scientific articles

Since 1980 - President of the Radio Sport Federation of Azerbaijan (i.e. National HAMs League)
