The history of the Union of Poland’s Shooting Brotherhoods has begun in 1922. The fourth Congress of the organization took place in Katowice in 1932 and after eighty-three years, this most important celebration of Polish brotherhoods is going to happen in the Silesian region for the second time. The preparations for the 14th edition of the Event have been entrusted to the Shooting Brotherhood located in Tarnowskie Gory, whose tradition dates back to the year 1780.
