| Biography LARA – Liberland Amateur Radio Association is non-profit organization based in Republic of Liberland, which mission is to connect and represent all Liberlandian Amateur Radio Operators and radio enthusiasts.
Please note that Liberland isn't ITU member state, and 1L prefix that Liberland uses isn't ITU allocated prefix.

LARA has open membership policy, so we welcome anyone to join, no matter your nationality.
If you possess a valid amateur radio license, you are eligible to acquire a 1L callsign. These callsigns are designated for use within the territory of the Republic of Liberland. However, it's recommended to refrain from using them outside of Liberland and ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations of the country where the radio station is being operated.
