Biography

Hello and welcome.

I am located in Te Puke, 18km south of Mount Maunganui in the Bay of Plenty on the east coast, New Zealand Te Puke is the known for Kiwifruit.

I have an interest in radio for many year and final got my Licence back in june 2020 and are slowly get my shack together. I am running a Yaesu FT450D HF Transceiver and also I use a IC7300 HF, Transceiver and Tri-Band, 3 Element, on bands 20, 15, 10 meters and in the process of put up a home brew end fed long wire to cover 40 and 80 meters.

For UHF/VHF I use an Icom ID-5100 with a Diamond X300NA Dual-Band Antenna.

In my ute I am running a Kenwood TS-480DSP HF/50MHz All Mode Transceiver and a MAD Dog Coil Antenna.
