Biography

Born in 1946, Mechanical Engineer, Doctor in Technical Sciences, Member of the Romanian Academy (Romanian Committee for History and Philosophy of Science and Engineering), University Professor in Galati University, Polytechnic University of Bucharest, University of Pitesti, Technical University of Darmstadt. Retired in 2011.
Radioamator from 1969, advanced class. I have two locations in my radio amateur license, since 2005 I mostly use the location in Berca, KN35HH.
Specialized in software for scientific research, commercial applications and in the field of radiocommunications (antennas, checking of logs of competition).
