Biography

Hello and thanks for stopping by!

I was a novice in the late 60's as WN6GCT. I fell out of radio and spent most of the next 45 years flying airplanes. I flew for American Airlines until I retired in December 2019. I got back into radio in 2018. A Yaesu FTdx101D and an ICOM 7610 take care of HF, both of which go into a Palstar HF-Auto tuner and a Palstar LA-1K amplifier. I have an ICOM 9700 and Yaesu FTM400 for VHF-UHF, DSTAR and YSF, along with ClearNode and a ZUM Spot. I'm using a Chameleon SS17 or SS25 whip antenna mounted on my second floor apartment balcony.

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
