Biography

First licensed in late 1980's, original call sign was KB9MHV. Acquired current call WA9FTT (vanity), this call belonged to my uncle in the mid 90's. I'm 63 years old and on disability. I have Parkinson's , I was first diagnosed 3 years ago. Finally got my general class license in April 2011, and got my station set up in October 2011 and have been having fun on SSB. Now working on extra class.

DX engineering 43 foot vertical antenna ground mounted with 40 - 25 foot radials.
