Biography

Prior call was WD4CQE.
Ham station was at Cumberland Mountain State Park until April of 2002. Then moved to current location and took down towers and station until Spring of 2015. Now have been getting station and antennas back up and equipment operating slowly. The worst thing on equipment is not using it. I have been away from radio for long enough it all seems new again. Look forward to seeing many of you down the log.
And yes I have moved as of May 2018 I now reside just outside of Murfreesboro Tennessee. It has been a busy year. Still trying to get my station back up and to where I had it before the move. Yes it is slower as I am too. But all in all a really good move. We are 30 minutes away from two of our kids who now have kids of their own. So that makes the wife very happy. She has changed jobs and loves it. I am still retired and there would be no way to get as much done as I have if I still worked. But like I say I work here everyday. I will post some pictures soon as I just got my 6 and 2 meter beams up this past weekend(8-10-2019). Still working in the shack with lots more to do.
