Biography

Been an active amateur radio operator since 1969, still going strong using mostly CW on the HF bands. I have over 300 countries confirmed on 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, and 40M bands. Most recently on 40CW during the low SS times. Have been active on satellites as well, most recently on the ISS aprs digipeater. I also operate most digital modes time to time. 73 and CU on the bands!

Elecraft KX3, PX3, KXPA100AT - Ten Tec Orion I and Hercules II SS amp - Yeasu FT-101E and FT-1000mp and Alpha 9500 amp - Collins A line (75A-4 and KWS-1) and S line (75S-3 32S-3) including 30S-1 amp. Many more through the years. I currently work for Alpha repairing 9500 amps.
