Biography
Hello everyone! I you are looking me up i guess you heard me call or seen my signal across your screen! Please say hi and QSL! I love to make new contacts and collect Grids for VUCC's and other awards.
I have my ham operator license since 2004 and have access to all bands including HF. As of June 2021, i still have not installed HF antennas but i am really thinking about doing so in the near future.
- I am on 50Mhz, 144Mhz, 222Mhz, 432Mhz, 1296Mhz and 2304Mhz.
I am normally QRV on 50.125, 50.313-323 FT8 and 144.200-250SSB, but can also use up to 2304.100Mhz phone and digital modes if required.
Currently fully LoTW, WSJT-X and GridTracker setup.
As a courtesy to all hams working the grids i do QSL on eQSL and LoTW and would really appreciate the same courtesy on your behalf so I can earn my grids. Please QSL back with lotW and eQSL.
73' and have a whole lot of fun!

Equipment
As seen in my profile page, i am mostly running older Icom rigs. These are the mono band all mode radios with the exception of the IC-575H which is a dual 10M / 6M radio. I have owned these many years now without issues. I work DX on the 6M band with the 575H and it works very well.
Radios:
IC-275A (2m) 12element K1FO
IC-375A (1.25m) 16ele K1FO
IC-475H (70cm) 25ele K1FO
IC-575H (10m & 6m) 5ele Cushcraft
IC-1271A (23cm) 45ele Loop Yagi
IC-290H (2m all mode) Paired with a custom build Transverter on 13CM. 76ele Loop Yagi
IC-735 (160m - 10m) Listening only. 8 FT indoor whip
IC-R7100 all mode receiver. Diamond X-510 Vertical
Motorola GTX 33cm (FM only)18ele Vert polarized Loop Yagi.
Antennas are up a 48' DMX HD tower and range from 5ele 6m to a 76 element 13cm loop Yagi.
Antennas are fed by LDF5-LDF4 and LMR-400 Coax.
Attention has been paid to try and minimize as much as possible loss. I try to optimize loss vs trying to push out massive power. Usually what i can hear on my bands, i can work.
