Biography

Hello, My name is Jan.
I am a ham operator from the netherlands.
Next to this hobby i have 2 more.
First, plane spotting and second photography.
These hobbies are easy combinable.

Equipment

At home i am using a Yeasu FT897D with a LDG tuner attached to it.
The antenna i am using is an Endfet for 10-15-20-40.
And for 2 mtr and 70 cm i am using a comet vertical.

Mobile i am qrv with an IC-880 and a jwx window antenna for 2mtr and 70cm
And when i am on a campsite i use the IC-706MK2G with and endfet for 10-20 and 40 mtrs.
And from our last fieldday i am using a qrp rig the xiegu x6100 with a vertical random wire with a 1:9 and i made some very nice contact with only 4 watts
