| Biography I started on 2 meter in 1972 in Rotterdam with a small transceiver of 2 Watt FM and a yagi antenne.
In about 1985 I stopped the hobby, because I had a wife an three kids, and starting a business.
So to busy for the hobby.
In 2013 I started with the hobby again, I bought a short-wave transceiver with 100W PEP SSB,
and with a small wire-antenne (12 meter long) in mine garden. I try to transmit as far as possible.
My distance is not so far, just Europe, and sometines the east of USA.
