Biography

1980 begann ich im Alter von 13 mit CB-Funk. Nach 28 Jahren Funkleidenschaft machte ich im April 2008 die Lizenz Klasse 1. Nun bin ich von 80m bis 23cm aktiv, hautsächlich jedoch auf 2m. Meisstens bin ich auf der Funkstammtisch-Frequenz 145.4375 MHz FM qrv, oft auch auf den Relais Breitenstein (438.575 MHz) und Steyr (438.750 MHz).

2009 begann ich mit SOTA, und fand schnell Gefallen an der Kombination von Wandern und Bergfunken. Innerhalb von nur 14 Monaten erreichte ich die ersten 1000 Punkte für die SOTA Trophy.

2009 i started with SOTA.I really enjoy to combine hiking and operating on the summit. Within just 14 months I reached the first 1000 points to get the SOTA trophy.
