Biography

I am a retired professor of business ethics in the graduate school of the Universidad del Pacífico, in Lima, Peru where I have taught since 1968. My previous calls in Peru include: OA6BU and OA4AAN. My present stateside call is W9SI. I have also held the following U.S.A. calls: WN8MWY, W8MWY and W9IBT. During October of 1994 and from January through late March of 1995 I operated at HV3SJ but I can only confirm contacts that I myself made from the station, which no longer exists since the license has been cancelled.
