Biography

Due to restrictions at my qth I am rather limited and restricted with regards to antennas and attachments to the building. But that does not bother me at all as I enjoy working qrp on hf. At the present time on HF I am using a long wire approx 35 feet into un/un and a tuner. My best results is found on 20m,17,and 15m.On 40m the time of day/night does often determine my result. I do however have a 2m/70cms rig using a stealth jpole.

Site is still under construction: more to follow. However in the mean time you can check me out on qrz.com.

Equipment

My equipment is the very basic but does the job at hand.
yaesu FT50r my first radio which goes with me everywhere just about.
yaesu vx7r, kenwood 707dual bander used as a base stn rig.I also have a
yaesu 1500m.
Other equipment a Simoco ex pmr for 4m ops.
My main hf rig is the Yaesu817nd which is a dedicated qrp rig.
Antenna is a randomwire(70 foot in length) a mfj16010 atu for HF. For UHF and VHF i use a Slimjim/jpole and the commercially made mobile antennas.
