Biography

Born on February 14th, 1961 in Razgrad.

1972 – SWL: LZ2-K-81

1973 – 1979 Club Radio Station: LZ2KRZ

1977 – Class 1 License

1989 – Licensed as LZ2KL

1992 – Member of BFRA

I am currently interested in QRP, HF propagation issues and antenna development, as well as SDR systems and some digital modes. As I am presently working at the Razgrad Region Governor’s Office and previously for the Ministry of the Regional Development and Public Works mainly my professional duties and interests are in the area of the regional development and project management.
