Equipment

Hello and welcome to my page!

My station consists of a Kenwood TS-480HX for 6m/HF and satellites, Kenwood TS-200X for VHF/UHF/sats, an Alinco DR-235T 220MHz mobile radio, Motorola MCS2000 for 900MHz and a SignaLink USB for the 200X and 480HX for digital modes. My antenna farm consists of vertical antennas for 6m loop, 6m vertical, 2m voice, 2m packet, 220MHz voice, 440MHz voice and 900MHz voice.

My HF antenna is a 30' vertical antenna with a 10' capacitance hat and 120 ground radials. It has an SGC-230 external auto tuner. I use a homebrew SmartLock that Matt N5PTV built, to control the tuner from the shack.

Thanks to Matt Garcia, N5PTV, for all of his work and contributions to my station.
