Ex truck O/O and hog farmer running a yard truck for Nestle Purina Pet Care at night. Twelve days on and every other weekend off. Lots of 12 hr shifts keep me too tired to do much else. Married to Danni since 2006, daughter, Hunter, and Grandson, Abel.

Equipment

Running a Yaesu ftm500dr and Comet ca-2x4sr in my work car which I also use for storm spotting.
The shack has been under construction for some time now. Lack of time from a busy work schedule is keeping it in limbo. But, there’s a Yaesu ftdx10, MFJ 4245 power supply, and MFJ 949e tuner (I know the radio has a tuner but I still want an external, just in case) on the bench waiting to be hooked up. The sooner the better. I also have a 40-6meter ocf dipole that needs to be hung. I’ll keep this updated as things progress.
