Biography

I have been a Ham since 2007 and mostly enjoy talking on the nets on 40 meters.

I am retired. I worked in machine repair for a machine tool manufacturer for 39 years and retired in 2007. My interest in radio has been exsisting since I was about 14 and was a shortwave listener. I tried CB in the 70's but that was not my style and is probably the reason that I don't care so much for repeater operation.

I hope to learn cw and do some contesting with it.
