Retired October 1, 2012 after 50 years in Radio and TV Broadcasting
Worked at a total of 4 Radio stations and 3 Television stations, 45 years at WKBD-TV Detroit. That was lots of fun, especially playing with a 120KW transmitter. When WKBD-TV afilliated with the CW network, I liked to say that I worked at a TV station that ran CW. Can you imagine running CW with a 120KW rig?
