Biography

In the near term, I mostly operate HF CW from Henderson, NV. I don't get up to McCall, ID as much as I would like, however, that will be changing ... and, I'm so close to having the HF station on the boat, S/V Knot So Fast, up and running.

Please be patient as I work at my CW skills after years of inactivity.

Equipment

At all three locations, I run Icom IC-7100's. In Henderson, NV, the antenna is an HOA stealth end fed wire. It's definitely a compromise antenna, but, for my situation, it beats a dummy load! In Idaho, it's also an end fed wire but it's 200'+ feet long and about 60 feet in the air.
