Biography
My passion for radio was born when I was 12 years old. I listened to short waves with tube radios, to one of these I also applied a self-built BFO to listen SSB. In 1984 I started studying electronics at school and the following year I did my first QSOs in the citenz band. The passion for radio grew again and in 1995 I became OM with the call IW3RZT. I experimented the packet-radio, i maked myself the devices to connect the computer to the radio. In 2005 I didn't renew the license and lost the callsign. After a long period of inactivity in 2017 I asked for a new license and now I have the call IV3HCP. My current interests are the construction of antennas, especially vertical ones, digital modes and Arduino experimentation and programming.
