Biography

My name is Giuseppe Broggi and I was born in Merano (Bz) on 10.02.1962, where I live now. Merano is a small spa town, surrounded by beautiful mountains, which has a lot of parks and gardens.Communicating whith radios has always fascinated me and even when I was a boy it was my hobby. After several years of "pause", I decided to continue with my passion and in March 2007 I obtained the license with my father IN3RYV op. Sergio. My dream became thruth! So I can combine my passion for the mountains (I’m a member of the Italian Alpine Club) with the passion for the radio ..... my little FT-817! So sometimes you can hear me when I communicate from some tops with the callsign IN3RYE / P in order to activate some references of the Diplome Watt X Miglio.
I'm member of the A.R.I. Rovereto and of the MOUNTAIN QRP CLUB.
