Biography

First Licenced in 1983 took a break from the hobby in the 90's and returned when retired in 2007.
interests are digital and ssb on HF and some smaller contests. Spend a lot of time working on restoring old equipment, Like bringing the old technology back to life.

Equipment

Icom IC756 Pr03,Icom IC7000 Icom ID5100 and Yaesu FT736 and FT707 full line up.
Cushcraft MA5 Mini beam, Carolina Windom @ 20 meters high, End Fed Half Wave also at 20 meters above ground.
5 Element Tonna for 6 meters, 12 element ZL special for 2 meters. 26 element home brew for 70Cms
There is also a restored Line Up of KW equipment that gets regularly used plus a couple of Yaesu FT101's undergoing restoration.

Also in the shack is a collection of restored WW2 Receivers in the form of RCA AR88 and Eddystone equipment.
