My name is Gilles. I was born in 1957 and have been licensed since 1981.

I retired in 2016, and live in LEMPDES located 10 miles east of Clermont-Ferrand.

I worked in the industrial electrical maintenance department of the MICHELIN Tire Company.

I'm working SSB, CW, FT8 and other digital modes on HF and VHF bands, and am interested in DX Contests...

Other hobbies : travelling and discovery countries, hiking, trout fishing, photography...

Home made : Lévy and Dipole (length 2*60ft or 2*18m)

VHF : Tonna 11 elements
