Biography

I am a former cibist of the 80s still interested in the radio world, and retired I had time to resume radio lessons.

In 2011, I got class 3 (144 MHz with 10w maximum) because the technique seemed too hard to me.The examination only concerned the regulatory part and there is no longer any.

At the end of 2011, I got class 2 that became a single class (1 and 2) after studying several months the technique.

Je suis un ancien cibiste des années 80 toujours intéressé par le monde de la radio, et à la retraite j’ai eu du temps pour reprendre les cours radioamateur.

En 2011, j’obtiens la classe 3 (144 mhz avec 10W maxi ) car la technique me semblait trop dure.Indicatif F0.

L’examen concernait seulement la partie réglementaire et il n’existe plus.
Fin 2011, j’obtiens la classe 2 devenue classe unique (1 et 2) après avoir étudier plusieurs mois la technique.Indicatif en F4 début 2012.

Equipment

My station:

For speech from 80 to 10m: old Kenwood TS 50 (with small amplifier because TX is tired) + AT 50 matcher + 2 x 7.5 m inverted V antenna OM construction, with the center 5 m 50 high.

For digital modes from 80 to 10m: old Icom IC 718 with manual matcher model MFJ 971 / SignaLink USB / PC interface DELL Optiplex 3040 (year 2015) but with WIN 10 / Fldigi 4.1.22 software + 2 x 11 m dipole antenna construction OM, inverted V with the center at 9 m. I equipped myself for digital modes in February 2023.

For VHF/UHF: CRT Micron + Topfkreis antenna

For the Citizen-Band: CRT One V with CB 27 Dirland matcher + CRT RML145 mobile magnetic antenna on a roof sheet.

Ma station :

Pour la phonie du 80 au 10m : ancien Kenwood TS 50 ( avec petit amplificateur car TX fatigué) + matcher AT 50 + antenne 2 X 7,5 m en V inversé construction OM, avec le centre à 5 m 50 de haut .

Pour les modes digitaux du 80 au 10m : ancien Icom IC 718 avec matcher manuel modèle MFJ 971 / interface SignaLink USB / PC DELL Optiplex 3040 (année 2015) mais avec WIN 10 / logiciel Fldigi 4.1.22 + antenne dipôle 2 X 11 m construction OM, en V inversé avec le centre à 9 m.Je me suis équipé pour les modes digitaux en février 2023.
