Biography

My name is Daniel (DAN for DX) and i'm a mobile phone telecom project manager.

I begin amateur radio activities on Citizen Band on the 90's with the help and support from my father who was also an amateur (thanks dad), using CB radios until my 20 years old when i got my class 2 license.

After getting my license, i start working on VHF / UHF, but, since my early days as an operator, what i really like is to work HF SSB.

So, for now, i mostly do DX on 10, 15, 20 and 40 meters, SSB phone and mostly using only 100w power. VHF and UHF just for simplex contacts on analog.

I'm not a DX hunter nor a contest enthusiast. Just like to work DX stations for fun. I confirm all my contacts on QRZ.com but no paper QSL for now.
