* - DIRECT QSL ONLY with a SUFFICIENT POSTAGE and a Self-Addressed Envelope: (I am my own QSL manager).
* -The Post Office here in Cuba does not accept IRC's.All the cards received with IRC's will NOT be answered.
* - All QSL's cards are collected of my P.O. BOX in USA and are sent to me in Cuba in "recommended".
* - The return of QSL's cards is made from Cuba not from USA, and then "the USA stamps" are not accepted, since I cannot use them. Then all the cards received with USA stamps will NOT be answered.
*- If you don't receive a QSL Card in a reasonable length of time, (Around 4 months), please-Email me, and put QSO details. Prayer to also mention the dispatch date of your letter.
